Useful answers. Clear details.

A deal you can
actually check.

Know where an offer comes from, how recent it is, and what to review before you buy. Your assistant finds the options. You make the call.

How we rank deals

Freshness is explicit

Responses include an assembly timestamp and provider observation times when available, plus a reminder to recheck before purchase.

Destinations are validated

The catalogue rejects unsupported providers, unsafe URL schemes, deceptive hosts, invalid discounts, and unavailable offers.

You stay in control

Tools are read-only, return links instead of buying, preserve seller conditions, and label affiliate and direct relationships.

A few more things

Good questions.

What is the CardDeals MCP server?

It is a public Model Context Protocol server that lets compatible AI assistants search and compare current U.S. gift-card discounts. It returns structured brands, providers, conditions, timestamps, disclosures, and validated destination links without giving the assistant permission to buy or change anything.

Is CardDeals MCP free, and does it require an account?

The public beta is free and does not require a CardDeals account or API key. Anonymous fair-use rate limits protect the catalogue. If CardDeals later adds personal alerts, saved preferences, or purchase-related actions, those separate features may require sign-in while public search remains open.

Can an AI assistant purchase a gift card through this MCP?

No. The MCP exposes read-only discovery tools. It can find offers and return a validated CardDeals or provider URL, but the shopper must review current price, availability, redemption rules, delivery, refund policy, and seller terms before completing checkout on the destination site.

How does CardDeals rank gift-card offers?

Valid in-stock offers are ranked by higher discount first. Equal discounts favor CardDeals-owned inventory, then a longer reported provider guarantee, then provider slug for deterministic ordering. Affiliate status is not a positive ranking signal, and every third-party commercial relationship is disclosed in the response.

Your next deal starts with a conversation.
